Marie H. Tucker-Wint

Mrs Tucker was a dutiful, dedicated Member of Vermont Ave Baptist Church. She served in numerous capacities over the years. The Willoughby Family remembers her fondly - She and Mr Tucker often picked young Usher Board Member to meetings and home. She encouraged young people to serve in the Church. Words cannot capture what memories still held dear to young people who are now in their 80´s and older. That you Mrs Tucker-Wint.

I knew Marie Tucker-Wint growing up in Vermont Avenue Baptist Church. She was in charge of the Young People's Usher Board which I was a member. You will truly be missed. Love and Prayers Cassandra D. Vowels Greene.

Aunt Marie, I will miss you dearly, But I also praise GOD for your 99yrs Thank you, Auntie for loving us unconditionally. and showing us wisdom & grace you will forever be in my heart. Well, done thy good and faithful servant RIP.
