Not sure what to say?

Grandma, you were the most inspirational person in my life. You taught me how to sew probably before I learned to walk. You also taught me how to draw, dance, weed a garden, balance a checkbook, climb hills, bait a hook, gutt a fish, keep a home tidy, keep the grass green, make lampshades, how to make pillows, personally 'tailor' a prom dress or any dress for that perfect fit, decorate any house on a very moderate budget, act a lady (always,) yet speak like a man if your backed into a corner...

Kathrene, I'm very sorry to hear about your Grandma passing away. My condolenses to your family. Sounds like she was a pretty awesome lady! Sending prayers your way...

Sven and family, we were so sorry to hear about your mother. We are hoping that the wonderful memories of Marie will help you and your family during this difficult time. Sollaug and Harald Eikemo (son of Minda)

Marie designed a pair of elegant lampshades for my porcelain lamps shortly after I moved to Spokane. The existing lampshades on these lamps bugged me for years, they previously belonged to my father and I inherited the lamps when he passed away. Marie did a wonderful job and was a delightful person to meet since I did not know many people in Spokane.

I am sorry for your loss and hope knowing the wonderful way she touched people lives will bring you comfort.

Thinking of all the family of Marie. Roger and I send our most heartfelt sympathies for the loss of this amazing woman. She was so loved and will be sorely missed

I love you Grandma and will miss you.
