Marilyn was such a funny and sarcastic lady. I worked at Oak Terrace for about 2 years and she made the experience worth while. She often times was very tired and did not want to get out of bed, but I could always get her up by offering her a cup of coffee. She LOVED coffee. One day she was telling me how she was tired and since it was only 6pm, I offered to bring her to the piano we had in the living room. She seemed up to try it out. She would play different notes and match pitch with her...

I remember Marilyn fondly from Toledo, Clark Lake, and after she moved to Julie's. The last time I saw her (at dinner with Julie and Rick a few years ago), she slipped me a small gift (a notepad). Her kindness continued over many years. I will always remember her with a smile. Condolences to her family.❤

I remember a day at ClarkLake when my brother John fell between 2 docks and had to go to the hospital in Jackson. My brother Mike and I had to stay at your place at the time and we had so much fun. Remember only bits and pieces of the day.
