MARILYN ARNSBARGER Obituary

Marilyn Arnsbarger Passed away August 24, 2011 following a brief illness. She was born December 9, 1929 in Utah to parents Peter and Anna Nielson. The family, which also included older silblings Ed (deceased) and Barbara, moved to San Francisco in 1945, and three years later Marilyn married Gerald (Jerry) Arnsbarger. That union was blessed with three children, Wayne (Laura) Arnsbarger, Christine Eisenberg, and Pamela (Rod) Jones. Marilyn and Jerry celebrated 56 years of marriage before Jerry passed away in 2004. After Jerry, the second greatest love of Marilyn's life was her family, which grew to include eight grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. As the family's loving matriarch, she will be greatly missed. Marilyn was blessed with the companionship of Lloyd Lee, a family friend of over half a century. A celebration of Marilyn's life will be held Tuesday, August 30 at 2:00 PM at All Saints Lutheran Church, 2 San Marin Drive, Novato. A donation in Marilyn's name to the Scleroderma Foundation, 300 Rosewood Drive, Ste. 105, Danvers, MD 01923-1389, or a charity of your choice, would be welcome.

I'm sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I am her cousin, Nancy, from Salt Lake. I always look forward to hearing of her trips at Christmas time and remember many good times together. You all have my deepest sympathy, My love to all of you, Nancy
