She was a dear friend of mine living as next door neighbor on Harrison Street for last 10 year. I will never forget her beautiful handwriting, knowledge telling about Oakland and good memories of history of America. She loved my homemade "buuz"- Mongolian dumplings when I share. She was one of a few people who was always positive and sharing. I will miss her and will carry good memories of her. RIP. Elma and Zaya
