Not sure what to say?

To The Bowles and Ayscue Families, Friends, and Loved Ones,

While I realize that no one could feel her lose as deeply as you, please know, that others mourn with you. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Mrs. Bowles entered my life in 1970, as my fourth grade teacher. I remember she had a soft and yet strict mannerism to controlling our classroom. She did not take any nonsense. Her enthusiasm showed her love for teaching and was infectious on our learning.

To a woman that had inspired many elementary students encouraging them even by knowing sometime only other siblings in one's family. Which was my case. Over twenty years later when my teacher Mr. Woods passed, she walked up to me and called me by name and then asked about my twin and sister. She knew me after so many years and she came to know of me thru my sister. Perhaps she also came to know me through Mr. Woods and Mr. Boyett of Sussex Avenue. Pretty, classic, polite and always...

R.I.P. Miss Bowles You were truly a great gift from GOD I'm glad you were my principal at Sussex Avenue. Miss Bowles was such a beautiful lady words cant even express how truly and caring you were. I know GOD gained another Angel you are with the LORD now no more suffering but rejoicing. Yes you are well missed and loved.

The Toler family would like to extend their deepest condolences, sympathies, and prayers on the passing of Mrs. Bowles. She was an excellent educator and role model. She was our Vice Principal at Sussex Avenue School. She will truly be missed and never forgotten by so many people. She left us with so many great memories in our younger years. We will never forget her kindness and encouragement during our own time of sorrow when we lost our sister, Genee, in 1979. She will truly be missed....
