Not sure what to say?

Marilyn was both a giver and a receiver. She received us into her extended family with warmth and genuine affection. She was curious about our lives and searched for every event worthy of recognition and celebration, which is part of what drew other people to her. I certainly felt that way. Not a Thanksgiving passed when Marilyn & Gerry were with us without a gentle inquiry followed by a positive response. She softened rough edges, she brought harmony wherever she went. It was an honor to...

I am so glad Mom and I had a wonderful visit with Marilyn a couple of weeks before her passing. She was a wonderful person and Godmother.

Dear Sue and Paul I have served for more than 20 years on the High Desert Museum Board. Your parents loved the museum. I got to know your dad because both he and my father served on the US Bank Board. My wife, Joan, the High Desert Museum, and I join in sharing our condolences and prayers with you in this difficult time

Clark County Food Bank was a beneficiary of the beautiful life of Marilyn Cameron. With her husband Gerry, the Camerons were generous and caring, wanting to make sure that the people in our community were taken care of and helped. We appreciate the beautiful tribute that was written here and have good memory of Marilyn´s graceful and true beauty, the delightful sense of humor, and the sparkle and joy she brought to every situation. Many thousands of people in our community were helped and...

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Sending our love to the family.

Sue, Paul and all of your family: We were sad to read of Marilyn's death. She was a favorite PTA colleague and fellow mom. Whoever wrote the obituary said it all in the first paragraph. With all of those qualities, Marilyn was the type of person one enjoyed being acquainted with. Our hearts are with you as you grieve, but you were lucky to have her with you for those eight decades. She enriched your lives and those of people who knew her. Sincerest sympathy, Willo ("Winky") and Dan Oswald

I was very sorry to just learn of the recent death of Marilyn. Linda and I got to know Marilyn and Gerry by living in the same apartment complex in our early marriages and through numerous banking activities over several decades. She was always a delight to be around and so gracious. I send my condolences to her family at this difficult time. John Eskildsen
