It’s been almost 13 years since you’ve been gone, but never forgotten. You were a huge part of my childhood & it still makes me smile just thinking about all the fun memories. I sure do miss you!

Marilyn - It has been a little over a year since you left us - We still miss you think and talk about you often like it was just yesterday that you were here at TA - You left a lasting impression on us all. Football season is here and I think maybe this year your beloved Vikings are going to play some good football and I am sure you will be watching. I miss you MA.

Football season will always be a reminder of Marilyn. I was just having a conversation with my dad the other day about fantasy football. He had his draft in which they are randomly assigned a draft order and he got the #1 pick and took LaDanian Tomlinson.....I think Marilyn would have been a much more loyal Vikings fan and gone with Adrian Peterson.

What a gift - to live a life that blesses everyone who comes in contact with you. Marilyn was such a gift - Her fabulous cooking, which she was so generous in sharing, her arts & crafts projects that filled many homes with beauty and her thoughtfulness - her passion for football that made all of us smile - her kindness to anything alive - her beautiful gardening... Many things remind me of Marilyn and cause me to again be so thankful for what she has given to our family by just being...

Tomorrow is Memorial Day; it doesn't seem adequate to have a single day that represents all the memories that we have from loved ones passed - but it does server as a marker to remind us to pause and reflect on their lives. It was a hard year for the Dechaine family, we lost Marilyn and then in December our beloved Grandma Opal. In this season where life is bursting out in green leaves and bright flowers, I find myself smiling when I think of Grandma Opal and Marilyn planting an ever-blooming...

My dear Marilyn nearly 9 months have went by since your passing and I still miss you so terribly much.Everyday I think of the great memories I have but I also feel the pain of sadness from missing you.To this day baby I still think of you every waking hour and take some comfort in the fact that I was blessed with having shared so many years with you.100 more years would still not have been enough so thank you for being so wonderful in the years we did have together.Moving on without you is...
