Marilyn Dyke

We just learned today Marilyn passed away. Our deepest, heartfelt sympathy to the entire family. Marilyn was a wonderful woman, so kind, giving and fun loving. I loved knowing her in my growing up years and was blessed to have her influence in my life. Tom and I will always remember her generosity in making our amazing wedding cake and in her sharing the day with us. We know she is happy and rejoicing in heaven. I am saddened to hear of your mother's passing-I just happened to be looking at mlive. I want all of you to know how many beautiful memories I have of your mom and dad. Every time I make or eat strawberry shortcake I think about the summer I became a member of your family. I definitely do not make the great biscuits your mom could make. Your mom was a generous loving woman who helped shape me into the person I am today. She and your father set the bar high for all of us.
