Not sure what to say?

I was so shocked at the news about my childhood friend, Marilyn. Just wanted to extend my condolences to her family and tell you all how sorry I am. Marlyn & I went to school together all twelve years in HC. As children we had "sleep overs" occasionally and giggled until very late with her Mom telling us to "go to sleep", ever so gently. We both went to the same church and had many fun times together. I recall her charm, vision, and intellect with such fondness. She was a "classy gal". One...

As president of our senior class, Marilyn will long be remembered. She was one of the brightest and most dedicated members of our class. Marilyn could always be counted on to do more than her share for the class. As we grow older, we come to respect more & more individuals like Marilyn. She was the type that not only believed in taking responsibility but by doing more than her share when called. My prayers and sympathy go out to her family. May God Bless!

We were standing in the jetway at the Oklahoma City airport when Jan Bogue called us from Alabama to let us know about your mom. We had been at the Big XII basketball tournament with the Al and Paula Cushman (now in Dallas) and George Payne, whom we will call now that we are back home.
We all have happy memories of "growing" our families together at Southwest Methodist...remember those crazy Vacation Bible Schools?
You all are in our prayers,
Love,
Mariann

Dear Mark, Brian, and Debra,
It's been a long time since we've seen each other, but my parents called to tell me of your mom's passing. My prayers are with your family.

Dear Debra, Brian and Mark,
I haven't had contact with your family since I was in elementary school (with Debra) or middle school, but I heard today about your mom and wanted to let you know how very sorry I am for your loss of her.
I remember she helped me and my mom make my mermaid costume when Debra and I sang Yellow Submarine together at Walnut Bend Elementary School.
I just lost my dad this past October 4th, and am still feeling the deep grief from that loss. I feel for you...

Dear Mark, Brian and Debra: Our memories are many of your mom and the three of you on Bordley. The laughter of your mom and all of the crazy things the Noel's and the Fairchild's did will be forever remembered. I'm not sure who could out kid the other (Marilyn or Don), but one thing for sure we all laughed.
Our hearts reach out to each of you and only wish we could be there to celebrate your Mothers life. Our hearts hurt for each of you and we only wish that we could relieve some of the...

Debra, Brian, & Mark, We are never "ready" to lose a parent. We know an emptiness you may be feeling now and in the days to come. Please know that our thoughts and positive energy are with you and your families over the miles. Blessings on you as you go through this most difficult period in your lives. Love, Sarah & Ernest
