Not sure what to say?

I'm one of Caroline's sons. Marilyn's mother Harriet was my grandmother Marguerite (Landis) Middleton's sister. I remember Marilyn fondly from times she visited, and family events. She was a sweetheart. Such a fine lady. My condolences to all.

My kindest condolences as well to all of my dear cousins. Marilyn was really sweet and funny and I remember fondly her visits with Bruce, Ione, and Kenny to our house in Flushing. My Mom Caroline and my Uncle Dave told me of their fun visits as kids to Marilyn's childhood house in Grand Blanc.
My deepest sympathies and prayers,
--Michael Barillas, son of Caroline (Middleton) Barillas, Marilyn's cousin.

To our dearest cousins,
We and our mother Caroline are greatly saddened to learn of Marilyn's passing earlier this year. We are so sorry to not have known earlier. She was a great friend and cousin to our mother and I thought she was so helpful in learning more about our genealogy. To Mike and Vicki and the whole family, our deepest sympathy and condolences over the passing of your beloved mother and grandmother and great grandmother. She was a star!
Your cousins,
Caroline...

Dear Vicky and family,
You were among our honoring guests on after-morning-service restaurant outings. And did Marilyn ever have a demeanor of joy at those events and seemed to be readier for them than we were. From "too many potatoes" to listening about cremating the bacon, it was non-stop thrills to be a part of it. SAM (Scott A. McGarvah)
