Marilyn Holt

Marilyn was instrumental in admitting me to the doctoral program in theater history at the University of Utah, where she served on my committee along with William Siska, Edward Lueders, and chair David E. Jones. I am forever grateful for her guidance, scholarship, and encouragement. She helped make my studies at the U an exceptional experience. How I love your family! We were so lucky to have your family as neighbors growing up. I have such great memories of playing in your basement. I loved dressing up in all the fun costumes. Your dad loved to tease me and call my Betty. I always corrected him with my real name and he just smiled and laughed. Your mom and dad were always so kind to us. Your mom is an angel. She would always check in on my mom to see if she was ok. Holt family, thank you for being part of my life growing up! ...
