Not sure what to say?

I felt your mom's reverence for life. She let me know in small and big ways that I mattered. I considered her a mentor and friend! (Gee, has it been 4 years already? ) Love Always, Kim g.

I knew Marilyn from the late 1980's to the 1990's as we collaborated to get women elected to office: she as a leader of Women For: and I as a leader of the National Women's Political Caucus. I was sorry to hear of her death but happy to see that she lived a long life.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS, THE KIZZIAH FAMILY HAS DECIDED TO POSTPONE MARILYNS MEMORIAL SERVICE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND KIND WISHES AND HOPE TO HAVE A NEW DATE FOR THE MEMORIAL SHORTLY.

I will always remember the first time I had dinner with a large number of the kizziah family. Carol had been kind enough to invite me and I sat next to Mrs. Kizziah. I spent that evening learning from mrs. kizziah and watching the magic of the family. I am no longer the college student and sorority sister of carols. I am now an older mother and an even older grandmother who has thought of that evening so often and cherished Ms
Kizziah's, frank talk, wisdom and smile. Thank you, carol, for...

Mrs. Kizziah, as I called her when a was a young person, exemplified integrity and commitment. I spent many hours in her home when we had Y-Teen meetings and reunions for our high school club, Polynesians.
In later life, I met her again at All Saints', Beverly Hills, where we worked on the Homeless Meal together.
I was fortunate to call her a friend and I will miss that she in no longer with us.
RIP Marilyn
