Not sure what to say?

I just now saw this and it is such a shock. I worked with Marilyn at Castle AFB in the early 1990s and we were good friends. I will miss her sense of adventure and her awesome sense of humor. Heaven has gained an angel.

My prayers to you and yours from the McIntire family.

Marilyn was such a dear friend for many years. We grew up together, and even though we ended up miles apart we kept in touch. Never did I get a letter or a Christmas card that did not leave me smiling. She was one of a kind and will be greatly missed by family and friends. Thanks to her daughter who brought her to Greenville the last time so that we have that wonderful memory.

Mrs. Kydd´s smile was amazing. My heart goes out to Jody and Shelly.

I offer you and the entire family my deepest condolences. Your mother had such a loving and gentle spirit ,her very presence would light up the room. She will definitely be missed. My heart is heavy for you, it is extremely difficult losing a parent. You and your family will be in my prayers. Once again. I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful mother.

It is not an overstatement to say that for me as a kid, Marilyn was an angel to me. She knew I didn't fit in, she knew I was "different" before I did, she recognized the hurt she saw in me and went out of her way to help alleviate it to the best of her ability. Years went by, we all...
