I was so sorry to learn of Marilyn's passing. While we had not been in touch in many many years, we had a connection through our fathers who worked together at the General Post Office at 33rd St. in NYC. My dad, George Heavey was a good friend of Bart, Marilyn's father. Our families would visit back and forth, when Marilyn and I were children. We lived in Dongan Hills at the time, and Marilyn lived in Port Richmond, I believe. Happy childhood times.

I loved her like a mother...she was Auntie Mommy. I will miss her always but love knowing that she is with Uncle Joe and my parents again, having a blast like they are teenagers again. Love to you all, Andrea, Joseph, and Steven, my sweet cousins.
