Not sure what to say?

So very sad to learn this news. What a very genuine and warm person. And for her easy, gracious sense of poise, Marilyn was the very definition of statuesque.
When I saw her last at a fund-raising dinner, she gave me personal encouragement that I will never forget. Thank you, Marilyn. Sheldon too -- the Cleveland arts community (and I) will miss you both. Please know that your legacy of enthusiastic support lives on.

I was only recently made aware of Marilyn's passing. I was the last managing director of Lyric Opera Cleveland, and deeply cherished the financial support, leadership and friendship that Marilyn and Shel provided to our organization, and to me personally. Two of the nicest people on the face of the earth, and we are all poorer for their passing.

Marilyn will always be remembered with affection and respect by the members of Northern Ohio Opera League.

As a former employee of Marilyn and Shel's business; Your Travel Agent Inc., I have nothing but fond memories of them. Those memories extend beyond our working relationship and I am happy to know they are reunited again. May God bless and keep them and may their families know just how much they are loved and thought of.

My deepest condolences,
Antonio Salvadori, Guelph, ON, Canada.

Marilyn July 2010

Marilyn was my cousin, we will always remember visiting her and Shel every summer at our Family Reunion at Ruggles Beach.

Marilyn was a very nice person, and we will miss her in the KBC. Sincere condolences to her friends and families, for we have lost a beautiful person.

Marilyn was a very good friend to many. Those of us at Kirtland Bird Club who had the pleasure of knowing her will miss her.

A lovely lady so well-known in the travel industry. She will be missed
by all. My condolences to all her family and friends.
