Mrs Miller was a busy, generous and active member of the Berea community but to the buddies of her sons Greg and David, she was simply a heroic mom. She stood on the sidelines of the parades waving when we were Indian guides, she sewed patches on our vests when we were Boy Scouts, she came to school assemblies when we gave speeches for student government or performed in plays or concerts.
