When I was young and still in high school, a Marilyn Neil, a teacher, lived next door to me in Adamsville, AL. If this is the same Marilyn Neil, I enjoyed several hectic rides to Minor High School, where she dropped me off before going to the school where she taught. She made the classroom come alive for so many. Her ability to share a love of books and mathematics with her students touched the lives of their students long after she retired from teaching teachers her tricks of the trade. May God bless and keep her family.
