Remembering a kind and true friend

Marilyn, what can one say and put into words about such a kind and sweet person. My husband helped them out with some outside work they needed done. I was just thinking about her and her loved one the other day! Seems one never forgets the people that had an inpact on your life. Individuals like the both of them are a gift if you had the pleasure of being in their company and had their friendship. God Bless you both! RIP in the arms of the angels!

Me and my late husband knew Wayne and Marilyn many years ago through polka dancing. We lost touch, but my memories of two of the nicest and kindness people always stayed with me. She is now with her devoted husband, may they both rest in peace in the loving arms of the angels in heaven.

Honoring Marilyn as one of my closest friends for the past 63 years. She was my Maid of Honor, knew my husband from grade school, we had great times at the cottage in Hinckley. All my love to the kids and grandkids, Elaine

Our families have been friends for probably 50 years. I believe the Petre's attended St. Louis Church in Cleveland Heights also, before we both moved to North Olmsted and St. Clarence Church. Mark and our John were the first altar boys in the new St. Clarence Church, with Fr. Tom Flynn. Marilyn and Wayne have always been true, good friends of ours. I asked her for advice often, and she was always able to help me. She took the time to be caring and loving. We will miss her very much. ...

My heartfelt sympathy to Marilyn´s family. We have known one another for at least 45 years from way back at St Richard´s where we were both active. Your Mother and Dad were very special people-always pleasant to be with, sincere and very Christian. May they both test in peace together. Jan Stein

Marilyn was a lovely person. She and Wayne were fixtures at St. Clarence and I always enjoyed the time I spent with them. Her care of Wayne when he was I’ll served as a beautiful example of love. I regret I won’t be able to assist at her funeral mass but I will certainly hold her in prayer.

Campfire Girls- 1961

Marilyn was one the kindest people I know. She became our Campfire Leader in the 1960's. Marilyn loved doing crafts with us, teaching us songs, going on outings. Over the years she even kept in touch with my mom every Valentines Day....
