Not sure what to say?

Mom, we all miss you terribly! We know you are at peace. Love you.

John, to you and all of your family my sincerest regrets. I just recently learned Marilyn had passed. I know how hard it is to lose a parents. I remember when I first worked at Charity back in the 80's,
she always made you feel like you belonged. Your family is in my prayers.

I knew Marilyn for 31 years, first meeting her when I was a relative "newbie" in the world of medicine. She was a mentor and a friend. She was truly a Charity Institution. Just seeing her on the floor when beginning a shift assuaged any anxieties I had about what would face us each day. She was "go-to" person who always had my back. As the years passed, I was lucky enough to see Marilyn as devoted mother, spouse, grandmother and even great-grandmother. She was a very generous person. ...

To John & family,
I started fresh out of nursing school many years ago in the Emergency Room at St. Vincent’s. Marilyn took me under her wings and was there to guide me throughout the years. Her compassion, thoughtfulness, respect, and support for both patients and her fellow co-workers made Marilyn very special to all of us.

So sorry we didn't hear about this in time to attend the wake. Deepest condolences from me (Frank's youngest) and my mom, Ruth Singleton. Marilyn was such a nice person, she will surely live on in your hearts.

To my dear Uncle Bob and all my cousins, I loved Aunt Marilyn so much and feel so bad that I couldn't get there in time for the services. Marilyn was one of the nicest persons I ever met! She was my aunt, my sister, my best friend, my confidante and my partner in laughter. She guided me through hard times and laughed with me at them after they were over. She was a "giver" and a lover of life. I am so glad she's not suffering anymore, but at this time I share the pain with all of you. I...

To The Singleton Family,

From hearing the stories of your mom from Nora and reading all these great comments about your mom, I know for sure that she was a wonderful person. 53 years of service says alot in itself. What a dedicated human being. May she rest in peace.
