Not sure what to say?

Gone but not forgotten. A kind generous and intelligent person. I often think about her as she made a difference in my life.

I will always remember Marilyn Ward fondly as a gracious hostess and thoughtful and effective advocate for worthy causes.

I will always remember Marilyn fondly and with admiration. I saw her in formal settings as an accomplished speaker and in informal settings as a loving parent and great hostess.

Sadly gone but not forgotten.... for her warmth, strength and friendship. She continues to inspire our hopes, dreams and lives.

It was an honor to meet Marilyn-
It was an honor to come to know Marilyn-
It was an honor to be in her presence-
Her presence, her wisdom, her kindness, her sense of family, her WONDERFUL SELF will continue to be an honor in my life

I first met Marilyn when I was appointed to the state's Womren's Council in 1978. This was a time when women were still struggling for equal opportunities. Marilyn was a role model for many us. Her legacy is one of service and inspiration. Thank you for all you did for the women of this state.

Dear Mrilyn's Family:

I was saddened to read about Marily's passing. I got to know her through a college friend when she lived with Marilyn during our college years. I was always inspired and so captivated by her intelligence, warmth, her down to earth quality and generosity. She was a wonderful lady, an inspiration and great role model who never hesitate to lend a helping hand when she could. I feel blessed to have known her in my life. She made a difference in my life and I will...

Dear Susan, Dewey and Anne,
We are so grateful for your mother's vision, inspiration and hard work as one of the 8 founders of CityClub. She has left an indelible imprint on our community. Her commitment to civic action and to the power of friendship is an enduring legacy.
