Not sure what to say?

I started working with dear Marilyn in late 1970´s in Borgess PAR ( now called PACU ) I never knew a kinder , more intelligent, calmer , hard working nurse! Always had your back when days were a challenge in the hospital. With her heart of gold and that warm smile , it got us through anything! Marilyn and I worked together off and on over the decades, enjoying every minute Early on even getting together for lunches and Dairy Queen´s ... I miss her , but know I´ll see her again on streets of...

I am very sorry to hear of Marilyn's passing. I have fond memories of her from Hillside Jr. High School and Kalamazoo Central. What a wonderful, caring and interesting person she was. She will be greatly missed. I am sorry for the family's loss.

I worked with Marilyn for several years. She was my first boss at Borgess where we had many great laughs as well as hard work.

Horrible disease but you are healed now. You Van Zee's were great neighbors

I loved working with Marilyn. Her kindness was inspiring. Her faith and love for Jesus flowed from her without even speaking a word. I am blessed to have worked beside her.

The world lost a great woman and nurse. We spent many hours working on various things for the current outpatient center. We were all blessed to know her.

I worked with this wonderful nurse and woman in the critical care units at Borgess. I can still remember the laughter and love she shared with patients, their families and her coworkers. She was professional, wonderfully knowledgable, willing to say she was sorry if the need presented itself, and a joy to work beside. She lived her life well and represented her faith and beliefs in all she did. Great my be her reward. Prayers for her family.

I always remember Marilyn saying o dark 100. Her quiet and joyful spirit made her an amazing person and valued co-worker. She will be missed. Prayers for her and her family.
