Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear of Marilyns passing. Remember her as gracious, elegant and gentle.

When my dad told me of Marilyn's passing, I was truly saddened. As a small child, I remember Marilyn driving down the hill to finalize her illustrations for my dad's technical reports. Her slow, gentle voice would fill our kitchen as she showed us the details of her work. My dad was always amazed that Marilyn actually enjoyed stippling the bodies of water by hand. After reading about her love of cats, I can now imagine her stippling in her studio with her troupe of felines.

Marilyn will forever be in my heart. She was the most talented woman I ever had the oppurtunity to meet. She was not only beautiful, but brilliant, creative, and intuitive. She never failed to light up any room she was in. Her friends and even strangers were drawn to her wild spirit and gentle soul. The creative genius and bright mind of Marilyn left an indelible print on many. I'm honored to be counted amongst them and will dearly miss her profound humor, her gorgeous hands, sultry voice and her unique perspective. I miss you my Wizardette.

I'm so glad that I was able to meet and come to love the women that gave birth to me. She was truly a remarkable person, one that will be missed. Elizabeth

Marilyn - I'll never forget you or your red cowboy boots! I know you are in Heaven now dancing in those boots to all your favorite R&R music.

There ain't no sunshine when she's gone... I will never forget her saying that songs needs to be played at her funeral. I smiled and agreed! She lit up every room that she walked into. I love you aunt Marilyn and miss you dearly!

Thank you,Garth for loving and caring for my little sister for so many years.
You sis,Missy

Garth

You were indeed fortunate to have shared your life with someone like Kennie. Although it's been almost 40 years since I last talked to her, I will never forget the great times we shared at Texas Tech. May she rest in peace.
