Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear that my old friend Mario has passed away. I worked with Mario for years at HAP and new him as good friend for years outside of work. Although I have not seen him in years since I moved out of Michigan, I will always have very found memories of him. He will be missed. Tom

Mario gave of himself consistently. He was an extremely caring individual who helped and mentored so many. His passing is a great loss to all of us who had the good fortune to know him.

One could not have a more faithful friend or more excellent colleague than Mario. His selfless, contagious joy was perhaps best reflected in the wonderful photos he took of others. You will see no more beautiful smile on any human being than what Mario could elicit. I already miss him so, but at the same time I thank God for the pure gift of his presence in my life for almost 30 years.

Although I haven't seen Mario in many years, I remember him very fondly. I had the pleasure of working with him at HAP. He was a gracious and thoughtful leader with a wonderful spirit. My prayers are with his family and close friends. Rest in peace, Mario.

Dear Mario I am so sad to hear of your passing. I am so glad to have had the opportunity to work with you as part of leadership oaklands class of VIII and then on the board. You will always be an inspiration to us all. God Bless You Friend

Mario followed his heart and opened doors for so many. His generosity reached far beyond the immediate. He was genuinely a good person, friend, and colleague. I will always cherish my memories of him. Peace to his family.

I had the fortune to know Mario at Henry Ford when he was an orderly in the early 70's and then meet him again as his nurse many years later. My deepest condolences to his family for the loss of such a fine man.

Mario was always VERY kind, thoughtful & caring. Not a selfish bone in his body! I missed him when I left HAP and am so sad to read he has passed. A Great person now with God!Miss You Buddy! Jack Grenan

Mario, your spirit and leadership continues on in so many of us who have had the honor of working with you through Leadership Oakland. You continue to be an inspiration to many of us both in our professional life and our service to others. I am so very glad to have had the opportunity to know you and hope that I can proudly follow in your footsteps.
