Today is the third year of Mario's death. He is still loved and missed by his family. Life goes on. Memories are forever.

I was about 12 yrs old when i ran into Mario Moran having lunch at dairy queen on bascom in uniform. At the time I wanted to be a police officer when i grew up and when i saw Mario Moran, and my name also being Mario Moran i was sure it was a sign that i should follow my dream.

thanks for the motivation,

Mario Moran

Mario is no longer with us to celebrate Christmas however he lives on in our hearts and the memories we share. Christmas 2008 was very sad and lonely without him. This Christmas of 2009 we are thankful for the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the years God gave us with Mario. In loving memory. Maxine and family

I know this Christmas will be a difficult one for your family. I hope you have a blessed Christmas and enjoy your fond memories of Mario. I know he is still lovingly missed.

Mario : I just found out that you have passed. I feel so sad that I did not get to see you before. You are probably up in Heaven watching a game and drinkin a grandmeinere. You were such a loving and caring person. May you fly with the angels. Linda Lowery , San Jose, Ca. October 2, 2009

I worked with Mario in the old San Jose Office (on Commercial St) and the "new" office on Junction Way. We shared a patrol car together when the office went to assigned cars. He was a fixture on day shift. Later on he was my boss when he was the admin Sgt. during the late 80's. I am sorry for your loss and my condolences to the Moran family. I am sorry that I did not know of his passing earlier. He was fun to be around and we always had a good laugh. God bless. Rest in peace Mario.

Maxine,
I am so sorry to hear of Mario's passing. My condolences to the family. I have lost your email address, please write when you can.
