Not sure what to say?

Time passes and memories fade but good friends are always in our hearts! Remembering my good friend Mario with sadness on the anniversary of his passing! RIP amigo!

Mario is my Rodriguez cousin, our dads were first cousins. Just got back to working and updating family tree, and saw the sad news. I always thought someday I would swing by Stockton.

This morning I woke up thinking of my good friend from my youth and suddenly the name that popped into my mind was "Colmenero"! I was wanting to reach out to him to say hello and plugged in his name on a search on Yahoo. To my sadness what I found was this obituary. first time i met mario he is nice guy.

Paul and I were neighbors with the Rodriguez family for twenty years and we are very sad to hear about Mario passing away. We had many Neighborhood Watch National Night Out party's with them which were always a lot of fun. They were the best neighbors anyone could ask for. Our deepest condolences to the Rodriguez family, may Mario Rest in Peace.

One photo that still stands out decades later is of Tia Jenny and Uncle Mario showing how burly Uncle Mario was as a young man. I commented how big Uncle Mario was and...

My wife Martha and I are good and long time friends of Mario, Jennie, and their family. Our condolences to the entire family.
I first met Mario in 1976,when we instantly became friends at the IRS in Stockton. Our families would meet at places like Peter Pipper Pizza, where we would all eat and watch our kids play. Other times we would meet at restaurants like Susy's and UJ's. We always enjoyed eachother's company. We always had a good time.
Once Mario called me and said "Hey...
