I'm so sorry to see that Dr. Caughman had passed. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of us. Dr. Caughman and Dr. Rheney were my pediatrician's and both of my boys pediatrician's. Dr. Caughman was on my mind on November 1, 2021, when I was writing about my childhood experiences. I wrote: "My pediatricians were the world´s best, Dr. John Watson Rheney, Jr. and Dr. Marion R. Caughman. Two men who loved their profession and though in the South, they treated us royally and were excellent.
