Miss you, Marion... You were so much a part of my high school experience... Beth Schmakel Weiss

Marion played the trumpet in high school . For a girl to do that so many years ago took guts! She was a very special person and friend.

My path was fortunate to cross Marion´s working at FXW. When she left, I was further blessed to become her neighbor and church friend. We often bribed our boys to get to church by telling them Marion would be there. We will miss her hugs, kisses, visits, and her texts and emails she´d send just to check in on us. We will remain forever grateful for her love, care, and leadership.

Such a beautiful sending ceremony at St. Nick's. Wanted to let her family know that I donated to Women's Ordination Conference in her memory.

Marion was loved by so many. She was a shining example of living out her faith. I have so many memories, one fun one: my son and I being picked up by Marion in her car as we were walking - it had started to rain, and we had no umbrellas. We sat in the back seat, because she had picked up a stranger, also wet, and was making a new friend. Endless kindnesses.
