Marion O. McCaw Garrison

In 1983, I worked for McCaw Communications and assisted in Mrs. McCaw's corner office. She was an amazing woman! I remember her coming to work in her small, white Mercedes with her file boxes in the trunk. I also remember she collected porcelian flowers and had several displayed around her office. The first time I ever attended the opera was due to Mrs. McCaw's generosity. She gave me two tickets when she wasn't able to go. I liked and admired her very much and am sorry to hear of her passing.

Always generous, sensitive and caring, very few could ever fill her shoes. Her boys are so fortunate to have had Marion in their lives. I will truly miss her, as she helped me in my times of crisis in my teens. Few stepped forward to help in those days.
