Read MoreMarion (Corky) and I went to St. Genevieve's grammar school and Siena High School together. We saw each other and had a wonderful time reminiscing at the St. Genevieve's 75th reunion. Corky was a lot of fun to be with and a good person to have as a friend. Mow my husband, Jim, and I are living at Sunrise Assisted Living in Bloomingdale. Your family is in my prayers.

My Mom taught us all many things. She taught me what a good mother should be by her actions. Always thinking of her children and, then, grandchildren, too.
Life was never easy as we all know for our Mom.
Mom taught us all loyalty. Until her end she was loyal to her family, friends, her beliefs and her church.

just a short note to express my sympathies to your family. Mrs. Lauer was my first cub scout leader and over the grammar school years fond her a willing volunteer around st. ed's. visited bob duffy shortly before his death and he was reminiscing and spoke many fine words about your mom. prayers to all. pete
