Rarely do we meet those who have a long lasting impact on our souls and being. Miss Luthin was one of the best teachers and persons that I had the pleasure and privilege to meet and or benefit from. Miss Luthin was my teacher in the 5th grade the year that she started in Englewood Cliffs. Nov. 1954. That was in the Bayview Avenue School which was K - 8. She was a wonderful teacher and when my own children came up through the system, at the 5th grade, I requested Miss Luthin. She was perfect for them. The International Day presentations were great. Rest in Peace Miss Luthin, Be with the Lord.
