Not sure what to say?

Jennifer and Omari, I just learned of your parents passing. I am so sorry for your loss. They were wonderful, loving people. I worked with your Mom for many years at General Atomics. We were very good friends. We lost touch when she was dismissed from General Atomics. It broke my heart that they treated her so very unfairly. I hope you both are thriving and happy in your lives. Best regards, Katherine Partain

Rest in peace my brother! Our condolences from Patricia and I to Marion's family. I fully enjoyed working with Marion on outreach campaigns. We will miss him. Clifton and Patricia Phillips ... And there went up with him both chariots and horsemen, and it was a very great gathering. (Genisis 50:9)

Marion and I both started to work at the Naval Undersea Center in Summer of 1971. We ended up in the same work group. I always admired his technical capabilities - an excellent designer. And his friendly and informal demeanor. We kept in touch through various "old-timers" get-togethers. I'm just so sad that he is gone and feel deeply for his family. This one hits "close to home." Brenda's photo says it all!

I am so sorry to hear about Marion's passing. Marion worked with me on the Surface Ship Radiated Noise Measurement (SSRNM) and Mine Neutralization System (MNS) programs. He was one of my favorite people to be around. When I talked with him at the last Old Timers meeting, I had no idea he was fighting advanced prostate cancer. Marion wasn't one to complain. I never heard him complain about any task given to him, which he pursued it with vigor and professionalism. I always enjoyed his sense of...

I am so sorry for your loss, Frances and family! I so enjoyed all my encounters with Marion thru the years, starting with working at NOSC in the 70's and then continued enjoying his delightful smile when I'd see him and you at the Souplantation annual gatherings. ♥♥

Marion was one of the bravest men I have ever known. He never complained about his suffering and kept a positive attitude to the end. We both had prostate cancer and we used to talk about it a lot. He was a heck of a golfer and had a great sense of humor! I have missed him, and will always miss him! Rest in peace my "Brother"
