Not sure what to say?

The memories I have of MiMi are each precious. I could always count on her hugs, smiles, and prayers as well as her quick wit and humor. I can still hear her voice guiding and teaching... I am so very humbled this dear Christian lady could be part of my life and that of my children... It is an honor to have known and loved MiMi Rogers.
Please know that my continued prayers go with each family member - including the extended family of friends. Go forward with God.

Amy,
I was so sorry to hear about your mother. I know it has been a long hard struggle for all of you. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

We will miss "Maw Maw Dot" so much! Camdyn ("Sweet Pea") misses her in the church nursery, for Maw Maw Dot is the one that she wanted to rock her to sleep, as she sang "Jesus loves me" to her, (I can hear it now).
But it is easier knowing that she is in heaven walking with Jesus now, and we will see her again one day!
Please know Bro Fred, Cindy, Amy, Butch, Michael & Matthew, that we are praying that our God that provides the peace that passeth understanding will wrap His loving...

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL EXAMPLE OF A TRUE SAINT OF GOD. MRS. DOT WAS A BEAUTIFUL LADY, KIND AND GENEROUS IN ALL HER WAYS. THE PSALMS SPEAKS OF THE "VIRTUOUS WOMAN" AND THIS WAS SURELY MRS. DOT. AND OF COURSE HER CHILDREN CALLED HER "BLESSED". THERE IS SO MUCH MORE I COULD SAY ABOUT MRS. DOT BUT TO ALL WHO KNEW HER THEY TOO ARE BLESSED. FAMILY, ALTHOUGH YOU WILL MISS HER TERRIBLY JUST THINK ABOUT THE REUNION YOU WILL HAVE ONE DAY. TAKE CARE BRO. FRED. WE ARE PRAYING FOR YOU. LOVE, DOY AND...

Growing up, I spent summers with my Aunt Dot, Uncle Wayne, Cindy and Amy. These were some of the most important time of my life. I learned so many things from my Aunt and Uncle that has service me well throughout my life. Hard work and being a leader in life and your church is not only a virtue, but also a public act of faith. The love I witnessed between Dot and Wayne was more than man and wife. It was again an example of living your convictions in deed and not just word. I will miss...

Mr.Fred, Cindy, Amy ,Butch and entire Rogers Family.....what a privilege to have known this kind, loving servant and gracious woman of God. Whether it was cooking, serving food at church or taking care of generations of babies in the 50 years in the nursery (conservative estimates of at least 45,000 to 50,000 diapers changed),Miss Dot always did so in a quiet non-assuming way. Her love, wisdom, service to her fellow man and her Lord and Savior will live on through our wonderful memories her...

Friday our dear friend changed her address from Baton Rouge to Heaven.
She will be sorely missed, but we would not want her back to suffer the way she was. She is rejoicing with Jesus, family and friends who went on ahead.
Family, our prayers are with you and we know GOD will bring the comfort you need. Call on us if we can do anything anytime.
Love Bobbie, Nelda & Precious

A great lady and a true friend. We will miss you, but know that you will be in a better place where there is much love and no suffering.

One of the highlights of our annual "Nolan Cousins Reunion" was to watch the interaction between Dot, Mim and Mancy. We will always remember Dot for her wonderful sense of humor and great spirit for life. We will miss her greatly.
