I was saddened to hear of Mrs. Stout's passing, but take comfort in knowing that she is in a better place. I never had the opportunity to meet her, but I have worked with her grandson Phil Barker for 11 years, and every year have enjoyed hearing about Phil's trip to Knoxville for Mrs. Stout's birthday celebration. She will be missed.
