Over the many years of my GP employment, both in the Treasurer's Dept and assisting Mr. Kane, Mr. Talmadge was always a pleasant and polite person to be around and to assist. I admired his ability to locate any paperwork relating to a given subject from all the many piles he maintained in his office.
It was a privilege to have known him and to have worked with him.
