Marion Wrenn Tinney, 87, of 709 Sidney Drive, widow of Dr. Jack Tinney, died Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Honea Path, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Grace Taylor Wrenn. She was a member of Rice Memorial Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Toni Ouzts (Norman) and Nancy Holland (Tommy), both of Greenwood; a brother, Clarence "Buddy" Edward Wrenn of Connecticut; six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be at 12 noon on Friday at Greenwood Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Mayhew West officiating. Honorary escort will be the office staff of Ouzts-Tinney Chiropractic Clinic and Sidney Drive neighbors. The family will receive friends on Friday immediately following the service. The family is at the home. Memorials may be made to Jo Beth Owings Ouzts Scholarship, c/o The Lander Foundation, 320 Stanley Avenue, Greenwood, SC 29649.
