Not sure what to say?

My Aunt Marion had a big heart and her life touched so many. Through her we saw that life was more than just plodding along, in our own little worlds. We learned to look for and tend to those less fortunate and to fiercely protect those we love. And she showed us to enjoy life, to listen for the music, to laugh, and to dance.
To my mother and cousins, I can not imagine your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Linda

I am copying and pasting my mother's guestbook entries from her first obituary that ran 1 week ago to the guestbook of her expanded obituary that ran today.

My dear mother's physical presence has left this earth. Mom was the feistiest teeny little ole lady that I have ever encountered in my life. If you ever met my mother, you will never forget her. Please joins us Sunday in celebration of her life. This will be a gathering to share laughter and good times. I look...

I met the most wonderful, loving crazy lady of my entire life 33 years ago.She had so much love in her heart for her family as well as her friends. You were welcomed always with open arms into her home and to her experiences. Wow , what a legacy she leaves us.She was a complex individual in many ways,at the same time she could relate to anyone whether they be 5 or 50, it didn't matter to her .She was here a hero, to save the world!!!She could be tough as nails,as well as gentle as a...

I will miss Marion. She was quite an entertainer, and enjoyed telling about the "deed" as much as doing it ! I've known her since l953 when I was at VA Tech and she was at Radford College with her twin Greta who later became my wife. Marion always called me her "big brother", and I felt that I really was. I loved her. Dave Jones

To Marion's Family
I met Marion a few years ago. I was
her driver from Yellow Cab Co.for a
while when she lived on 8th St. I have to say she was quite a lady. She kept me in stitches. Will miss her!

Wow Mom,
There are no words to express not having you here. You were such a manic little chatterbox those last few days. I know you are running around like a sand piper on that great big ocean , enjoying the sunsets! I love you, Your little Rob-Bob

I became a friend of the Wilson family 34 years ago. I was always at their home, no matter which one, doing our thing, partying with Mike, Lisa and Billy and watching Robin grow up. I remember my friendship with Marion and having long conversations and lots of laughs. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of the family who will be missing a Mom who always loved and wanted the best for her family.

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.

She is in a far better place, sorry for your lost.

Lisa,
Our thoughts and prayers go with you as you go through this time of grieving and missing your mom. We know it will be rough for you as you begin a life without her here on earth. It is a tough time and we wish we could take some of your pain away.
Please feel free to stop by or call if you need some company.
We love you.
