Marjorie Ellen Baer

When I remember Marjorie I smile and remember my sister M.E.Mayer and M.E.Baer as 2 little girls joined at the hip. I remember them taking art classes, and my sister telling me she wanted to grow up to be an art teacher. (She is ) I remember a wonderful family, and I remember the OLDEST Irish setter who ever lived, Pegeen! My heart goes out to Margy's family, you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

MEB was my roommate, grad school colleague, co-worker and friend for many years. She was always an original, always the smartest - and kindest - one in the room, and always the most observant. I will miss her very much.

Dear Friends and family of Marjie,
Marjorie Ellen was my best friend until the fifth grade, when I moved away from LA. We were inseparable, we swam,rode bikes and played dolls, we ate aprcots off her tree and got teased by Philip and Tom (we loved it). I will always remember her as the most loyal, fun and beautiful friend any young girl could ever have. I send my deepest sympathy and love to all who knew and loved Marjie.
