Not sure what to say?

My parents, Bane and Sada Powers, and my brother Jim and I lived in Limona in the 30s and 40s and my parents were friends of the Browns. I was between Hughes and Carol Grace in age but I remember Marjorie Lee well as an older girl to whom I looked up. I remember so well envying her beautiful hair because I wanted curls so bad. I also remember when she left for college and want to include one fond reminiscence that portrays Mrs. Brown's delightful personality. Marjorie left two pet rabbits and...

My family and I (Margie's nephew Albert) always enjoyed visiting Aunt Margie when we made a trip from WA state. We especially enjoyed her great sense of humor. We will miss her presence at family gatherings.

Mom was kind, friendly and generous of heart. She enjoyed life and all it had to offer. She relished a good meal with family and friends, loved animals and nurtured children. She was active physically- walking and/or swimming daily and spiritually- singing and praying and honoring her faith. She inspired a love of reading through her work as a librarian and because of her enthusiasm. She had a great sense of humor and truly loved a good chuckle.

I love you mom, You will always...

The Hennessee Family

When I went to Kenly School as a young teacher in 1963, Majorie Branch could not have been more helpful and kind. She was cheerful and positive about everything. I remember her fondly. My condolences to her children who came to school with her and to all the family. Marjorie will be missed.

Aunt Margie was my favorite aunt. I always loved our special time together especially at Thanksgiving and playing scrabble. She always made me feel very special and loved

Marge Branch was a true friend to our family for many, many years. We hate to hear of her passing, but we can all rest assured that she is with her Mother and Dad. Not only that, but what a REUNION of all the family and friends!

Marjorie Lee Branch - a great Southern lady

Marjorie was a wonderful sister and has left us with beautiful memories of the special family times we shared. My brother and I will both miss our only sister deeply.
