Not sure what to say?

This morning I thought of Marge Caldwell and pulled out my little book of "The Radiant You" that I've had since 1968. The Caldwells were our Training Union teachers on Sunday nights at First Baptist Church in Midland when I was in high school in the early 1960´s. I SO enjoyed those Sunday evenings! Today I decided to look up Mrs. Caldwell online and that´s when I learned of her passing many years ago. She surely left a big hole in the lives of so many. I fondly recall some incredibly...

Marge greeted me at the front of the aisle when I made my profession of faith at FBC in 1975. I attended Sunday school classes taught by her and Chuck. Marge and Chuck were a great inspiration to me and my life as a young Christian.

I remember Marge being the most popular speaker at Forest Home Women's Conferences in the fall. This was in the 70's I believe and I loved her so much. She could have you laughing hysterically one minute and in tears the next. I still remember her sharing the car trip going to a reunion of sorts and carrying the roast, gravy and mashed potatoes. An accident sent all of the meal everywhere and on everyone. She was a wonderful bible teacher but I loved her humor most of all.

I can't...

Gay was so proud of her parents. I know you were so happy to be with her sweet spirit again.

I miss you everyday my sweet Marge. You taught me so much and made such great spiritual deposits in me. I am teaching a women's class now! I want to pass on your legacy. I love you!

Lady Marge was such an inspiration to me. I still think on her counsel often.

In 1971, I was a brand-spanking new Christian when I first met Marge. Her Sunday school class was the highlight of my week...she taught me so much and the Lord blessed me mightily when he brought her into my life.

Years ago I heard her on FOF telling a story about Skeeter the mob hitman. Just today I found out she passed in '06 just as my family was moving into our new house.

To the family of Marge Caldwell,
I was thinking about Marge this morning and decided to google her. I was so sad to hear of her passing but am thrilled to know that she is having a ball in heaven!
I first heard Marge in the mid seventies at a Mother and daughter conference at Forest Home Christian Conference Center in California. She made such an impact on my life! I bought the tapes of the conference and shared them with my husband and several friends. My husband loved her and...
