EARNS, Marjorie O. - Of Flint, age 80, died Monday, December 16, 2019 at The Pines of Burton.
Funeral service will be held 11am Thursday, December 19, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Pastor Don Bunker officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Visitation 4-8pm Wednesday and 10am Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heart-to-Heart Hospice.
Marjorie was born on August 12, 1939 to Cecil and Bernice (Slaught) Pray. She married Thane L. Earns of Flint on August 31, 1957. She enjoyed crafts and Tigers Baseball. She was a school aide at Swartz Creek Schools.
Marjorie is survived by brothers, Howard Pray and wife Joyce, William Pray and wife Sally, Charles Pray and wife Sharon and sister, Joyce Bomorra as well as her children, Laura Sullivan, Kathy Badgerow and Thane (Tony) Earns Jr. and his wife Beth;
grandchildren, Ashley Sullivan and Sean Earns.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thane Earns and brother Cecil Pray Jr.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Pines of Burton and Heart-to-Heart Hospice for their excellent care.

I still have one of your dad's paintings which I treasure as my husband thought so much of your dad. Do you still have the place in Lewiston?

Although I did not know Marjorie well, Im sorry to hear of her death. I thought the world of her husband, Thane, my first cousin. Our Mothers were sisters.
