I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. My heart goes out to you. I have many happy childhood memories of living next door to the Franzens growing up---Davy Crocket hats, Barbeques, birthday parties, new babies, watching old family movies, basptisms--too many to list. Marjorie Franzen was a real lady through it all. My mom used to comment on how much the friendship meant to her.

Joanne used to bring her mother to the library to say hello occasionally which meant a lot....
