Marjorie Joy Gaddy Gundolf, 87, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 02, 2022 in Huntsville, AL. Margie was born to James and Velma Carr in Grant County, Arkansas on March 11, 1934 and was raised in Pine Bluff, AR. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church (Camden, AR), DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) and The Order of The Eastern Star. Margie loved her family immensely and was always quick to share pictures and stories of each of her children and grandchildren. Her cooking skills were beyond measure and we will cherish her special family recipes forever.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and father of her children, Aaron Gaddy and second husband, Robert Gundolf. A brother, Romie Carr and daughter, Annette Gaddy.
She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Gaddy Almodóvar (Rey), of Huntsville, AL; grandchildren, Justin Vaughan (Mae) of Huntsville, AL, Brandon Sherrill of Austin, TX, Army Staff Sergeant Quinton Gundolf (Susan) of Hinesville, GA, Jamie Ramey (Devin) of La Marque, Texas and Dr. Erika Almodóvar of Lexington, KY; great grandchildren Silas Reed Ramey, Chloe Grace Vaughan and she was eagerly awaiting the arrival of Savanah Joy Ramey. Margie will also be remembered by her brother, William (Dee) and his children.
Visitation will be one hour prior to service at 2:00PM Saturday, Feb 05, 2022 at Proctor Funeral Home. Burial immediately following in Memorial Park Cemetery in Camden, AR.
In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the American Heart Association or to the Children’s Fund at First Assembly of God Church in Camden.

I will cherish the hand written recipes that Margie gave me, recipes of pies and a double chocolate chip cake. Margie, every time I saw her, was especially sweet and loving to me. I am so so sorry for her parting. My heartfelt condolences to Rey and Cynthia, and all her loved ones.
