Not sure what to say?

My parents Tom and Josie Winslow were also close friends of Pierette and Joe Baldwin at Chez Pierre. My Mom would whip up the same recipe of Coquilles St Jacque on Xmas Eve. I make it now that they are all gone to continue the tradition. I wish I knew your Mutti, she sounds like a fun person!

Hi, John and siblings, what a perfect obit for a very special gal! Ken and I loved her joyful spirit, and her faithful, ecumenical support of St. James' parish dinners. A life well lived indeed! We will be with you in spirit on the 17th! We will cherish our memories of her, and send you all our love from retirement in Vero Beach, Fl. Blessings, Julie & Ken McPartlin.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Dear Mannix family, I was sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. Even though it's been a long time, I remember her as being a great person (despite the fact that she made me print out the Ten Commandments on a "scroll" (aka, old sheet) in Sunday school (that I still have, btw)), and I will continue to remember her fondly. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Aunt Madge became our family´s matriarch and her love and smile was a beacon to bring us home to Lake George no matter where we resided. Love you always! Kurt & Judy, Daniel & David

Liz and Bill took us to Marjorie´s home to share a meal and we were fortunate to meet her along with her extraordinary kids, grandkids and extended family. They have all touched our lives and we see how each of them make a difference in the world. Thank you Marjorie, for raising such fine individuals, especially our dear friend, Liz, who lives near us in Texas. She is the best friend a person could ask for. She is compassionate, brilliantly talented, thoughtful, spiritual, generous and kind....

The Lake George Community was so fortunate to have Marjorie in their in their midst. I did not know her but I wished I had. Having stumbled on this terrific obit. This obituary was prepared with love and respect. My deepest condolences to Marjorie's family and to the community. They have lost a bright light.

I was so fortunate to spend time growing up with this family. "Mom" was everything a lady should exemplify... love, humor, wisdom and grace. My heartfelt prayers are with you all.

A great person who was a wonderful member of the Lake George community. Marge, you will be missed by many.
