From kindergarten although school in Toledo, Margie and I were pals. Visits to see her in her parents' happy home were a welcome treat for me. After I had escaped Toledo, moved to San Diego and raised my own family, summer trips back to Toledo included staying at the lake cottage and sharing crazy-goofy antics with Margie.
