Marjorie Rodman Stapp

My condolences to the Stapp family, (particularly John).

Marge's faith, optimism and hope made a significant and meaningful impression on me. Everytime I met with her I went away feeling encouraged and "more" than I was before we shared time together. I think in many ways Marge touched my life more than any people I work with. I will miss her.

Marge was my friend, mentor and surrogate mom. I dashed up to the Stapp house many times to share news, get help with a recipe or just to hang out. Marge was always my champion and I learned so much from her about the lovely simplicities of family, home and a good meal. I vividly remember sitting in Margie’s kitchen and she saying to me “a place for everything and everything in its place.” A mantra that those who know me can attest I took on as my own. Truely one of a kind, can't remember how many times she put band-aids on my skinned knees. She will be truely missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
