Not sure what to say?

To Mark's family, I was a long time friend of his brother Mike who helped me with a local campaign in 1998. Mike was always so proud of his brother and his talent in his career and they shared a deep love of the Land of Lincoln and Republican principles he would tell me about. To those around the Abernathy brothers, know they were cherished mentors to countless people. (And I suppose our New Speaker of the House feels the same way! Congratulations Mark!)

To the Abernathy family on the 20th anniversary of Mike's passing. Mike was a mentor to me and he is truly missed but never forgotten. Thanks Mike and Mark for all of the passion you showed and the dedication you both had for our dear Republic....we could sure use you now.

To Kathy & family

Kathy I am sorry for your loss and our community. Mark was a mentor to me and one of the nicest Republican I knew(smile). He will be truly missed. Thanks for the memories we shared at your home during the holidays.
Prayerfully, Irma Carson
