My family and I were stunned to read of Doc's passing,he was quite an individual. I'm so sorry to hear of Mark's passing. He was "Doc" to my Dad & Mom for many, many years. I met & worked with Mark when he did his residency at Einstein Hospital. When he completed his residency program, he was ready to start up his practice & my folk's family doctor had recently retired & my Mom & Dad needed a replacement. My deepest and most sincere sympathy to the entire Ackerman family. I have worked with Dr. Ackerman at Kindred and Elkins Park Hospitals for many years, and he will be sadly missed.

I am deeply saddened by recent loss. My mom, liz kirby, and my self were a patiet of Dr. Mark for many years and it was always a pleasure to have him come to our home and take care of our family.
