Mr. Mark S. Adams, 64, died Wednesday February 23, 2011 at his residence in Scotch Plains. Funeral service Saturday February 26 at 4:30 PM at the Rossi Funeral Home 1937 Westfield Ave Scotch Plains. Visitation Saturday 2 PM to time of service. In Lieu of flowers donations maybe made to the Scotch Plains Volunteer Firefighters Association P.O.Box 1 Scotch Plains,NJ 07076 or Atlantic Home Care & Hospice 33 Bleeker St. Millburn, NJ 07041

Mark was born in Madison, Indiana raised in Chatham and settled to Scotch Plains. He was a self-employed Title Searcher for the Somerset County Court House. Mark was a avid hiker and was President of the Tri-State Hiking Club, he was a member of the American Legion Post in Scotch Plains, an was a skilled lithographer. Mark survivors are his wife Anne B. Mark was a dear friend for 31 years. His passion for good conversation,food,art,automobiles,books,history,food,(Did I already mention food?)and much more made him the most interesting and dear friend I know. My auto shop will never be quite the same without him walking in the door every friday with some munchies and a new kind of beer to try. Mark left his mark in my shop everywhere you look.
