Not sure what to say?

I'm shocked to learn that Mark has been gone for five years. I worked with Mark while I was at Skadden representing CIBC in the development of a new financial product. I later joined Mark at Torys and again worked with him when I was at Intrawest. I'm not in contact with any of our former Troys colleagues, so I was not aware of his passing. What an absolutely amazing guy - I'm deeply and profoundly saddened.

Wendy- Mark was so generous. Always offering a positive comment, a joke or even a close reading of a neighbor's contract. His spirit is still here in our idyllic corner, keeping things warm, friendly and stylish. The blue Vespa he gifted you with reminds me every day of how much he loved you. So blessed to be your neighbors. My sense? You will be reunited on the other side. XOXO to you, Jake, and Rye.

Dear Adkins Family

I was stunned to hear this news. Mark was a wonderful colleague and friend. My deepest condolences. Steven Goldberg

Dear Wendy, my deepest condolences. I will never forget how nice Mark was to me when I moved to NY, introducing me to people and helping me mingle with the local attorneys. You might not remember but you guys took me to karaoke after a Maple Leaf`s Ball. Unforgettable night.I learned that Canadians are FUN. My heart is with you and your family.

Dear Wendy, Our hearts are with you and Jake and Rye. We will miss Mark very much. With love, the Parks

Mark and I were friends in high-school. I remember him as sweet, funny and generous. After high-school, I visited him in England and he took the time to really show me the town (London) despite the fact that he didn't live there.

In the intervening years, our exchanges became limited to exchanging a joke and compliments on each other's kids during the holidays. Although I only know you through your photos, my heart breaks for you Wendy, Jake and Rye. You have my deepest sympathies.

Dear Wendy,Jake & Rye. My heart aches for each of you losing Mark, a wonderful husband, father&friend. Love to each of you.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this most difficult time. Jerry and Karen Pleasant ( Jeremy's parents)

Mark and I were friends for many years, as kids and young adults. We travelled together, wrote music together, stood in picket lines together, acted in musicals and Shakespearean plays together, got harassed by police for busking together, drove one another to excel and made each other crazy. Through a thousand amazing experiences, he became one of the most meaningful people in my early life and impactful people on my beliefs and personality. Despite the fact that we hadn't seen one another...
